Community Cultural Plan
The Jackson community, led by the Arts & Cultural Alliance of Jackson County, has completed the process of creating a Community Cultural Plan. This process, which was funded by the Jackson County Community Foundation, has culminated in the creation of a finalized strategic cultural plan for the community. The plan identifies cultural resources, community needs and opportunities, and action steps to respond to these needs and opportunities.
Over 800 individuals provided input through the Community Cultural Plan Survey, community focus groups, and through various task force workgroups.
Thanks to everyone who participated in this process for their help in assessing and, ultimately, improving access to arts, culture and heritage in Jackson County!
