Sunday, August 9th from 2-4PM, families are invited to an Open House at the Jackson School of the Arts where they can learn about affordable art, dance, and theater programs for ages 3-17, may register for classes, meet the instructors, enjoy refreshments and door prizes.

The Jackson Symphony Orchestra will perform at the Jackson County Fair Grandstand with toe-tapping, popular music. Guests include Three Men and a Tenor, Jackson Chorale, the 3 JSO "Idol" winners-Leigh Goyings, Matthew Laura, and Audrey Schuknecht. Friday night is "Island Nite" Saturday night is Indie Rock, Pop, and Alternative night.
Only $10 for both days of entertainment, including Welcome To Ashley, Roosevelt Jenkins, Bona Verba, Bad Penny, Dandy Lions, "The Midwests Top Reggae Band" Zion Lion and get this: Sponge!
Food, Drinks, and Camping available. This is definitely a Family event.
