Jackson Symphony's family-friendly Summer Pops concert at the Jackson County Fairgrounds Grandstand begins at 7:30 PM. Joining the JSO is the ever popular Jackson Chorale and new this year, rock band enterainment during half-time. Enjoy "Ride of the Valkyries," "Lord of the Dance," "Hallelujah" with Steve Tucker and more! General Admission tickets to just the concert are $5 each. VIP tickets are a great deal at $15/each and include Fair parking at the Blackstone lot, shuttle service, entrance to the fair, hot dog, and track or box seating at the JSO concert. Dr. Stephen R. Murphy, Jackson Studio of Music Arts (JSMA), has written a delightful story about a bunch of orphans and their house mother. It's funny and moving and contains a clever plot twist that the whole family can enjoy!
