Black History Series @ Eastern Branch

This two-part series will present selected videos from the nationally-acclaimed PBS series Eyes on the Prize, a documentary about the Civil Rights Era, in celebration of Black History Month. The selected episodes will be followed by a discussion of the events covered in them.  This will be a program that encourages people of any race, from late teens thru adulthood, to discuss personal experiences and/or ideas about the significance of the Civil Rights Era and movement. Refreshments will be served.
