Strategic Plan

Goal 1: Fundraise for sustainability and a part-time Executive Director

·         Increase donor base and membership, sponsorships, annual fund – establish a committee

·         Submit grant applications for targeted projects & capacity building – research potential grants

·         Host Events – Gift Gallery, For the Love of Arts Dinner, Arts Raffle

Goal 2: Partner with other entities

·         Expand ongoing activities – Jammin’ in Jackson, Art Tour

·         Create more visibility within the  community - Large event for late 2012/Investigate potential weekly market for food & artisan goods (part of existing farmers market)/Participate in development of a community asset (tourism) program/Partner with Armory Arts Village, SAU, and JCC arts programs/facilities 

·         Create other organizations - County-wide public art committee/ Federation of arts organizations (reps to meet quarterly)/ High school arts association for students
