Preparing to Write: 5 things to do before you begin your story
If you were to write a story, where would you begin? Come in to the Jackson District Library’s Carnegie Branch, 244 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson, to hear just how to start! Linda C. Cossel will present Preparing to Write: 5 things to do before you begin your story in the McIntyre Room at 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 17.
Ms. Cossel will share with you the five things that will help you keep your characters, your facts, and your descriptions straight as you write your story or novel.
This workshop comes just in time to kick off our Write On Jackson! program. Write On Jackson! is a local partner in the NCTE’s National Gallery of Writing. For more information on Write On Jackson! and the Gallery of Writing, please contact JDL, 517-788-4099, x240.
